Olumayowa Ogunwemimo
Mrs Olumayowa Ogunwemimo serves as Deputy Group Managing Director of First Ally Capital and Managing Director of First Ally Asset Management Limited (FAAM). She joined FAAM in 2020, bringing over two decades of expertise in asset management, financial planning, and investment advisory. Her visionary leadership has driven significant growth, positioning FAAM as a leading player in Nigeria’s asset management space.
Her career began at First Securities Discount House (now FSDH Merchant Bank), where she excelled in risk management and investments before serving as Managing Director of FSDH Asset Management for nine years. Her ability to develop innovative investment strategies and foster strong client relationships has been a hallmark of her career.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Mrs Ogunwemimo holds a degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University and is an alumna of Lagos Business School’s Senior Management Programme. She has attended numerous leadership and investment management courses, underscoring her dedication to professional excellence.

Edwina Ugwu
Ms Edwina Ugwu is the Executive Director, Client Coverage & Sales at First Ally Asset Management (FAAM), where she oversees client engagement and wealth management strategies. With over 15 years of experience, she has a proven track record of delivering innovative financial solutions and fostering strong client relationships.
Prior to her current role, Ms Ugwu served as Senior Vice President, managing FAAM’s Abuja office and providing strategic leadership for wealth advisory services. Her career also includes significant contributions at Xcellon Capital Advisors and Marina Securities Limited, where she specialised in stockbroking, investment management, and client services.
Ms Ugwu holds an Executive MBA from Lancaster University and a law degree from Enugu State University. She is an alumnus of the Institute of Management Development (IMD), Switzerland She is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria and a passionate advocate for data-driven decision-making and governance excellence.

Imaobong Ivbanikaro-Isaac is a wealth management and investment advisory professional with over 13 years of experience in financial services. She specialises in sales strategy, client relationship management, and portfolio growth, managing assets exceeding ₦10 billion.
Before joining First Ally Asset Management, Imaobong held leadership roles at Guaranty Trust Funds Management, Investment One Financial Services, and GTB Asset Management, playing a key role in business development and product innovation.
She holds an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University and a B.A. from the University of Lagos. She has received executive training at London Business School and other leading financial institutions, reinforcing her expertise in wealth management and investment strategy.

Chika Obi
Chika Obi is a wealth management expert with over 15 years of experience in investment advisory, financial planning, and portfolio management. She specialises in high-net-worth (HNW) and institutional client management, providing bespoke investment solutions that enhance wealth creation and capital preservation.
As Team Lead, Sales at First Ally Asset Management, Chika plays a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s Assets Under Management (AUM), structuring tailored investment portfolios, and delivering exceptional client service. Her strategic approach to business development and deep market insights have been instrumental in driving revenue growth and strengthening investor relationships.
Prior to joining First Ally Asset Management, Chika held leadership positions at Zenith Bank and CardinalStone Partners, where she was responsible for private banking, structured investments, and sales strategy. She holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a BSc from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Her expertise in financial strategy, investment structuring, and wealth management continues to position First Ally Asset Management as a trusted investment partner for clients seeking long-term financial security.
Temitope Jolaoso

Temitope Jolaoso
Temitope Jolaoso, CFA, is a highly skilled asset management professional with expertise in portfolio management, financial advisory, and investment strategy. At First Ally Asset Management, she manages both naira and dollar portfolios, ensuring optimal asset allocation and portfolio performance.
She has previously worked at ARM Pension Managers and Financial Derivatives Company, where she was responsible for investment research, fund management, and risk analysis.
Temitope holds a Master’s degree in Economics & Financial Economics from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a BSc in Economics from Bells University of Technology, Nigeria. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an active member of the CFA Institute.
Azeez Salaudeen

Azeez Saludeen
Azeez Saludeen is a financial operations expert with a strong background in investment operations, reconciliation, risk management, and trade settlement. At First Ally Asset Management, he oversees investment operations, trade execution, and regulatory compliance.
Before joining First Ally Asset Management, Azeez held key positions at Union Bank of Nigeria, where he was responsible for chargeback management, dispute resolution, and financial reporting.
Azeez holds a BSc in Banking & Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University and is currently pursuing ACA certification with ICAN. His expertise in financial operations and regulatory compliance ensures operational efficiency at First Ally Asset Management.
